Medical

Physician-led care for the skin you live in

Two kinds of medical visits happen here: a careful look at a changing spot, and the quieter work of rashes, acne, hair, nails, and chronic disease. Choose the page that matches why you are coming — then book when you are ready.

Full-skin examinations, the ABCDE guide, when not to wait, and what a biopsy conversation actually means. Written for new patients and for anyone already in surveillance.

How a medical visit works here

You are seen by a physician

History, examination, and the recommendation stay in one conversation. We do not diagnose from this website.

The plan is explained before it starts

Watch, treat in clinic, prescribe, culture, or biopsy — you leave knowing what happens next and why.

Follow-up is part of the care

Current patients use the Patient Portal for returns, refills, and non-urgent questions. Results are not posted on this public site.

New patients

Start with the page that matches your concern, then book. Bring a medication list and the names of anything you have already tried. If a spot is bleeding, rapidly growing, or unlike your other moles, say so when you schedule so we can place you appropriately.

Current patients

If you were asked to return after a biopsy, a treatment, or a flare, sign in to the Patient Portal or call the desk. Do not wait on a changing spot because a previous visit was reassuring. Between visits, portal messages are for questions that can wait; spreading infection or a drug reaction is a phone call.

Concierge membership

Ongoing care with Concierge membership

A regular visit waits its turn. Membership buys reserved Skin Health Planning time, a coordinator who already knows your chart, and a physician line when something cannot wait until Monday. Medical services are still billed separately — the fee is for access.

Concierge fees buy enhanced access only. Medical services are billed separately. Published fees below are the access program — never a discount on an insurance copay, coinsurance, or deductible.

Reading about care is open to everyone. Booking a visit, reviewing a result, or sending a personal concern is private — those steps use the Patient Portal.

This page is educational. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a physician visit. If a spot is bleeding, rapidly changing, or you are worried today, contact the practice or seek urgent care.
