Use that same email and password. The chart stays closed until this sign-in succeeds.

NortonDerm.com starts a secure handoff only after it knows who you are.

That password is separate. It opens your chart, messages, results, visits, and medical bills.
You cannot skip to the chart. Step 1 has to come first.
